Mr. Rahul Sethi, a law graduate has an experience of 18 years in IP enforcement. In 1999 he joined Rouse; a multi-national IP consultancy as Sr. Manager to develop its IP investigations and enforcement business in India and the Sub-continent. He later proceeded to be a partner heading Rouse global Investigations division as its International Service Head. At RNA, he heads investigations and criminal enforcement practice regularly advising clients in diverse sectors on investigations and anti-counterfeiting strategies and have successfully executed numerous challenging IP enforcement campaigns for major brand owners throughout Indian Subcontinent.
