6th February 2024
India for many years has been a lucrative destination for the smugglers and is one of the biggest victims of their illicit activities. In order to address the critical issue of smuggling and reinforce our commitment to raise awareness, FICCI CASCADE identified 11th February as Anti-Smuggling Day. This day aims to unite all stakeholders to collectively comprehend the extent of the problem and explore avenues for enhanced cooperation and coordination.
As a run-up to Anti-Smuggling Day, and to sensitize the youth on the menace of smuggled goods, FICCI CASCADE is organizing a Digital Art/Poster making competition on the theme, ‘Stand Against Smuggling’ on 6th February 2024. The competition is being organised to generate awareness on the issue of smuggling and inspire the youth to shun illicit products. It not only seeks to showcase the skills and creative abilities of young minds but also aims to instil a passion for making a positive societal change by saying no to smuggled goods.
We are delighted to invite the students to participate in the Digital Art/Poster making competition. To amplify participants’ perspectives on the menace of smuggling, CASCADE will share their artwork through its social media channels and website.
A certificate of recognition from FICCI CASCADE will be given to all the participants. The winners of the competition will be awarded certificate of recognition, along with exciting prizes for their artwork.
