Pune: A team of the Pimpri Chinchwad crime branch, led by senior inspector Balkrishna Sawant, arrested three men, including one from Navi Mumbai, between March 10 and 13 and recovered various duplicate products worth Rs 15.15 lakh.
“We arrested two men on March 10 from Indrayaninagar in Bhosari and seized duplicate floor cleaning liquid, fabric whiteners and liquid mosquito repellents, totally worth Rs 2.22 lakh,” Balkrishna Sawant, senior inspector of crime branch, told TOI.
“During interrogation, the duo revealed the name of their accomplice and supplier from Kamothe in Navi Mumbai. The team raided the suspect’s godown in Thane and seized products worth Rs 12.93 lakh,” he said.
